/PF1/R_RMV_BOBJ_DEL_STAT - Deletion of Business Objects with Status 'Flagged for Deletion'

Purpose

This report automatically deletes all selected and released business objects such as routes and rules from the database if these are flagged for deletion.

Prerequisites

• The status of the business object is Flagged for Deletion.

• The business object has been released.

Features

Selection

You can restrict the selection by specifying clearing areas and business object types.

Output

If you selectthe Test Modecheckbox, the system displays a table of the selectedbusiness objects. To delete these objects, choose Start Deletionfrom the toolbar. Once you have done this, the system deletes the selected business objects from the corresponding databases and these are no longer displayed in the corresponding transactions.

If you deselectthe Test Modecheckbox, the system deletes the selected business objects from the corresponding databases immediately, and no longer displays the deleted business objects in the corresponding transactions. The system displays a table of the deletedbusiness objects.

Note: Empty cells in the table indicate that the information is not relevant for the corresponding business object, for example, if the Routecolumn does not contain an entry for the Rulebusiness object, then the Rulebusiness object does not have routes.

You can use this report to delete business objects such as routes, rules, and SLAs.
