Purpose
You can use the program /PM0/ABP_ILM_MASS_CONVERSION to execute the parallel file conversion of multiple archiving runs. After archiving of the last version of a contract, it is necessary to convert the corresponding archive files in order to assign these an expiration date.
You can start the program for one or more achiving objects of Policy Management. Further, you can restrict the files by company, line of business, and product module group.
Depending on your entries, the system selects all the archive data with an undefined expiration date and converts it.
If the system cannot determine an expiration date during file conversion, you must repeat the conversion at a later time.
