Purpose

Upload ONRR cross-reference files for use in OGOR-to-2014 comparison program. The uploaded files will cross-reference OGOR Lease and Agreement numbers to 2014 Lease and Agreement numbers for use in the compare.

Integration

Prerequisites

File format: (TXT) Text file

LEASE UPLOAD

The "Active Leases" PDF file must be downloaded from the ONRR website.

The PDF file must be saved as a TXT file by

--Selecting "Save as Text file" from PDF viewer

--Or by copying and pasting the entire PDF contents into a document that can be saved as a .txt file.

--The headers, titles and blank lines can be left in the file.

The text file should contain the following fields separated by space and should appear in the following order:

1. State: 30 characters Max (State can contain spaces, i.e., New Mexico)

2. Lease No : 11 characters Max (1st digit = numeric. Lease No should NOT contain spaces.)

3. Agency Lease No : 25 characters Max (Can contain spaces and other characters.)

AGREEMENT UPLOAD

The "Cross-reference Lease to Agreement Number" downloadable text file must be downloaded from the ONRR website.

Once downloaded, no additional fomatting is required before upload into SAP.

--The header line can be left in the file.

--The delimiters '|" that separate each field should be left in the file.

The file should contain the following fields in the following order as-is downloaded from the website.

1. Contract Number (ONRR Agreement Nbr): 11 characters Max

2. Subdivision : Not used

3. Agreement Agency Number : 25 characters Max

4. Contract Name (Agreement Name) : 20 characters Max (characters >20 will be truncated)

5. Agreement Land class : Not used

6. PA Form Name : 20 characters Max (character >20 will be trunctated)

7. Related Con Number : Not used

8. Lease Agency Number : Not used

9. Lease Land Class : Not used

10. Con XRef Eff Date : MM/DD/YYYY

11. Status : "A" Active or "I" Inactive

12. Area Percentage : Not used

13. Area Amount : Not used

14. Surf Area Eff Date : Not used

15. Contract Type : Not used
