/RPM/CAP_PLAN_INT - Capacity Planning Integration at Portfolio Item and Item (Int) Level

Purpose

You use this report for capacity planning for a portfolio item and items of initiative. Here, the capacity planning data is filled for those capacity views for which you have set the item/item of initiative as Integration. You do this by choosing SAP Portfolio and Project Management -> Portfolio Management -> Global Customizing -> Portfolio-Independent Settings -> Define Financial and Capacity Views. The system processes the movement of data in accordance with the mapping maintained for the capacity views and groups for the cost element, or for the role function.

Integration

Prerequisites

1. You have executed the report /RPM/PLAN_INT_PREP.
2. You have defined the mapping of the data movement for the various cost categories and role functions by choosing SAP Portfolio and Project Management -> Portfolio Management -> Base System Interfaces -> Capacity Planning Settings -> Define Capacity Planning Settings.

Selection

General Options

• To indicate a simulation run, set the Test Modeindicator. You use this function to check whether errors occurred during the execution of the report.

Portfolio/Bucket Selection

• Portfolio ID

Select a single portfolio ID from the dropdown list.

• Bucket ID

Select a single bucket ID from the dropdown list.

Dates Selection

• Forecasted Date

Select a range of forecasted dates. If you do not enter a value, the forecasted date is ignored.

• Planned Date

Select a range of planned dates. If you do not enter a value, the planned date is ignored.

• Actual Date

Select a range of actual dates. If you do not enter a value, the actual date is ignored.

Item-/Item of Initiative-Specific Selection

• Item/Item of Initiative ID
  Select a range of item/item of initiative IDs. If you do not enter a value, the item/item of initiative ID is ignored.

• Item/Item of InitiativeType

Select a range of item types. If you do not enter a value, the item type is ignored.

• Item/Item of Initiative Status

Select a range of item/item of initiative statuses. If you do not enter a value, the item/item of initiative status is ignored.
