Purpose

You use this report to migrate a collaboration room (cRoom) for SAP xRPM 2.0 projects to a cRoom for portfolio items in SAP xRPM 4.0.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before a cRoom migration, migrate SAP xRPM 2.0 projects to portfolio items in SAP xRPM 4.0.

Note: Migration is possible in case of one-box upgrade (that is, both the systems are deployed on the same portal server). Migration is not possible in case of two-box upgrade (that is, both systems are deployed on different portal servers).

Selection

General Options

Test Mode (No Database Update)

• ,,If you select this checkbox, the system does not update the database.

• ,,If you do not select this checkbox, the system updates the database and stores the logs.

Project Selection

Project Category: Select a project category from the dropdown list. If you leave this field blank, cRooms for all projects are migrated.

Project Subcategory: Select a single project subcategory or a range of project subcategories from the dropdown list. If you leave this field blank, cRooms for all projects under the selected categories are migrated.

ID: Select a single project ID or a range of project IDs from the dropdown box. If you leave this field blank, cRooms for all projects are migrated.

Standard Variants

Output

cRooms for projects in SAP xRPM 2.0 are migrated as cRooms for portfolio items in SAP xRPM 4.0.
