Purpose
This report compresses or deletes statistical Focused Build related data, which are displayed in the Solution Readiness Dashboard, the Release Dashboard and the Change Request Management Dashboard.
Prerequisites
For all three dashboards Focused Build must be configured and the report /SALM/DATA_EXTRACTION_PPMITSM is scheduled.
Selection Screen
On the selection screen, you can restrict the data that is compressed or deleted, using the following options:
- Time interval to aggregate extractor data on weekly basis
- From Date – To Date:
When you choose the option Data Compression by week, the CRM data are compressed for the specified time frame.
- Weekly data compress and closed Projects delete
- Delete closed Projects:
Based on the Project data extraction deletion settings, the project data are deleted.
- Data Compression by week:
When you choose this option, the CRM data are compressed for the specified time frame. This compression is done on a weekly basis, so only the newest version of historical data per week is kept.
- Project data extraction deletion settings
- Project ID:
Here you choose the Project IDs for the projects, which will be deleted. When the field is empty, all project with the chosen project status are deleted.
- Project Status:
Here you choose the Project Status Values for the projects, which will be deleted.
Data are only deleted, when both conditions are fulfilled.
- Run Project in Test Mode
- Test Mode:
When this flag is on, you only simulate the deletion or compression without changes on the database.
