Migration Report for Due Delivery Schedules for Sales Scheduling Agreements

You use this report to generate due delivery schedules for sales scheduling agreements which you want to plan in the APO System instead of the R/3 System. To do this, the scheduling agreement releases which were most recently received are transferred from the R/3 System into the APO System.

Prerequisites

You have already transferred the relevant SD scheduling agreements from the R/3 System to the APO System over the APO Core Interface (CIF) and created them as sales scheduling agreements.
The latest JIT delivery schedule and the latest forecast delivery schedule to be received have not yet been transferred into the APO System and there are not yet any due delivery schedules in the APO System for these sales scheduling agreements.

Activities

If you want to transfer the SD scheduling agreements and releases which are in the R/3 system to the APO System, in order to generate due delivery schedules from them, you must carry out the following steps:

  1. R/3 scheduling agreements are transferred to the APO System and created as sales scheduling agreements by activating the integration model.
Because no scheduling agreement releases have so far been transferred from the R/3 System, the processing status of a CIF delivery schedule has the value ' '.
Because no scheduling agreement releases have so far been transferred from the R/3 System and no due delivery schedules exist in the APO System yet, the most recent JIT delivery schedule and forecast delivery schedule are transferred from the R/3 System to the APO System.
  • The processing status has the value 'CIF Delivery Schedule Inactive'.

  • The relevant item in the sales scheduling agreement is deactivated and in sales scheduling agreement maintenance it has the value
    ,,@5C@.

  1. Using this report you can generate due delivery schedules from the JIT delivery schedules and forecast delivery schedules which you have transferred from the R/3 System.
For example you can select the relevant scheduling agreement according to document number or target and source location.
This report only takes into account sales scheduling agreements for which no scheduling agreement releases have yet been transferred from the R/3 System to the APO System. These scheduling agreements are determined by the Processing Status. Only scheduling agreements for which the processing status has a value of 'CIF Delivery Schedule Inactive' are taken into account.
Like the due delivery schedules generated in the APO System from operative scheduling agreement releases and forecast/planning delivery schedules, the due delivery schedules generated are saved in the liveCache.
  • The processing status has the value 'CIF Delivery Schedule active'.

  • The relevant item in the sales scheduling agreement is re-activated and in sales scheduling agreement maintenance has the value
    @5B@.

Note
If scheduling agreement releases already exist in the APO System which are more recent than those which have been transferred, then the ones which have been transferred are not adopted.
