Use

You can use this Online report to upload Demand for extended Service Parts Management. This report allows you to upload data only in the prescribed template format provided by SAP. SAP provides separate templates for uploading SD, STO and External Demand. Download the specific template and populate it with the required data.

Downloading Templates

To download a required template, proceed as follows:

1. In the Options section, select the required template that you want to download.

2. Select Download Template.

3. Click Execute icon.

Uploading Data

To upload data, proceed as follows:

1. In the Options section, select the type of data that you want to upload.

2. Select Upload XLSX File.

3. You can choose Simulation - Select this option if you want to test the upload.

4. Click Execute icon.

Instructions to fill the Excel Sheet

Do not rename the header column(s), change the order of the columns, add new column(s), or delete column(s).

Note: Only XLSX file format is supported.

Column-specific instructions

·,,Order Number : mandatory, Type CHAR 10. f.e. 0001

·,,Item No: mandatory, Type NUMC 6 f.e. 0001

·,,Sched. No, mandatory NUMC 4 f.e. 0001

·,,Order Date : mandatory, fill the date in the YYYYMMDD format. For example, 20200101

·,,Order Type, optional CHAR4 f.e. TA

·,,Ship Date : mandatory, fill the date in the YYYYMMDD format. For example, 20200101

·,,Facing : mandatory, facing location Type CHAR10

·,,Demand Quantity : mandatory, Type QUAN13, Decimal 3

·,,Base UOM : mandatory, Type UNIT3. f.e PC
