Purpose
You use this report to check whether a modification has already been carried out for the UTC conversion.
If a modification already exists in your system, an evaluation makes sure that no other UTC conversion is carried out.
If no modification has been carried out yet, you have to decide per client whether a UTC conversion is to be carried out.
Integration
Prerequisites
The report can provide a final evaluation if you have already executed the report for the client-dependent creation of the modification status (/SAPAPO/PPM_UTC_PREPARE_DATA2) in every client.
Features
The report evaluates the client-dependent backflushes via the modification status and provides the final result on whether a complete, partial or no UTC conversion has been carried out.
The following evaluation types are possible:
- A UTC conversion is executed for all clients.
- No UTC conversion is executed for any client.
- The following is valid for clients that have reported different evaluations:
- For the clients, for which no UTC conversion is to be carried out, a the system records all plans / PPMs in table /SAPAPO/PLAN_UTC per client. In this table, the system creates all plans / PPMs per client that are to be excluded from the UTC conversion.
- Clients for which a partial conversion is to be carried out have already created all plans / PPMs in table /SAPAPO/PLAN_UTC that are to be excluded from the UTC conversion.
- A UTC conversion is executed automatically for clients, for which a UTC conversion is to be carried out
