Description
The report is for converting planned orders into production orders in batch. Processing can be logged either using a conversion log that contains all information messages or by outputting an error log that only contains planned orders that cannot be converted with error messages. The planned orders that cannot be converted are also collected in a batch input folder and can be processed using batch input tools. You can create an error folder for every MRP controller.
Workflow can be used to inform the recipient (given as a parameter) of the creation of the error folder. You should note here that in the standard version TS00408210 event linkage is activated for the trigger event. If an error folder is created for every MRP controller, the recipient entered in the MRP controller master record is informed. If no recipient if entered there, then the recipient entered as a parameter in the program is informed.
You can carry out the selection in the form of a test. In this case only the planned orders selected for conversion are output. This report works for products that are advanced planning-relevant as well.
Parameter:
- Test run: Carries out the conversion as a test. The planned orders selected for conversion are simply output in a log.
- Production order type: Key required to create a production order (or transaction CO40).
- Only error log: Only outputs the unconvertible planned orders with error messages in the log.
- Error folder per MRP controller: Creates a separate error folder for every MRP controller.
- Receive folder according to view: It the indicator is set then the error folder is not deleted after running in batch-input.
- Creator of error folder: User who is entered as creator in the error folder
- Send mail: When a batch input folder is created it sends a mail to the "recipient" (default) or to the relevant MRP controller.
- Express document: Sends a mail as an express document.
- (Alternative) recipient: Recipient of mail in case no recipient is entered in the master record for the MRP controller responsible.
- Receive folder according to view: If the indicator is set then the error folder is not deleted once the batch input has been processed.
Selection criteria for planned orders
- Creation date days before/after: Interval in calender days within which starting from the system date, the creation date for the selection lies. The interval is only taken into account if the parameter
- "Select creation date" is set.
