/SAPAPO/SYPP_DEL_FAR_OUT_DPS - Delete Stock Orders Beyond DPS Horizon

Purpose
You use report Delete Planned Stock Orders Beyond DPS Horizon (/SAPAPO/SYPP_DEL_FAROUT_DPS) in the following cases:
- The Detailed Planning and Scheduling Horizon (DPS horizon) has been shortened.
- In this case, all planned orders of type Stock Order (LA) that have been created before within the old DPS horizon have to be deleted and replaced by planned orders of type External Planned Order (LX).
- The Production Planning Integration Mode of a location material has been switched from No detailed planning and scheduling (0) to Detailed scheduling delegated (1) or Short-term production planning/detailed scheduling delegated (3).
- In this case, all planned orders of type Stock Order (LA) that are beyond the now relevant DPS horizon have to be deleted and replaced by planned orders of type External Planned Order (LX).

Enter the materials and locations for which you want to delete the unwanted planned orders.
You can add an offset in days that is added to the maximum of Production Freeze Horizon and DPS Horizon, for example, ifyou want to make sure that planned orders that are already scheduled by production planners are not deleted.

Activities
Run this report for all location materials for which you have changed the following attributes in the IBP Add-on:
- The Detailed Planning and Scheduling Horizon has been shortened
- Production Planning Integration Mode has been switched from No detailed planning and scheduling (0) to Detailed scheduling delegated (1)
After this report has run, you perform a new planning cycle to create new supply elements for the demands for which the now deleted planned orders had been created.
