Purpose

It may happen that users create multiple instances of the same location in the system, for example, for business partners, plants or shipping points, and that the system assigns different address numbers to these instances. You can use this report to overwrite the address numbers of such locations. For locations of business partners, this is only possible if the business partner has just one standard address.

In such cases, the system assigns the location the same address number as the original entity. Furthermore, location details like geocodes or transportation zone assignments are updated according to the new address. Details are written into the application log.
