Purpose

You can use this report to archive the data of exchange rate differences that relate to VAT reporting in Russia with the archiving object /SAPCE/KDF. During archiving, the system writes the exchange rate difference data to one or more archive files from the Exchange Rate Difference VAT Reporting Russia (/SAPCE/FKRUKDF) database table.

Integration

Prerequisites

For business partners that are companies or organizations, the following prerequisites must be met before archiving:,,

  • All the relevant FI-CA documents have been archived
  • All the records from reporting table DFKKREP06 have been archived
  • The end date of the residence period for the exchange rate difference is set in the Maintenance Variant for KDF Residence Time (/SAPCE/FK_KDFPER) transaction, and the end date is already over.

For business partners that are persons, the end date of the residence period for the exchange rate difference is set in the Maintenance Variant for KDF Residence Time (/SAPCE/FK_KDFPER) transaction, and the end date is already over.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, enter data as follows:

  • In the General Selection group box, you can specify the company code, clearing date, business partner, and document number range that you want to archive from the /SAPCE/FKRUKDF database table.
  • In the Processing Options group box, select the execution type depending on how you want to process archiving.

Standard Variants

Output

The report first checks whether the data that you want to archive meet the requirements of archiving conditions mentioned in section Prerequisitesand if so, it archives the exchange rate difference data in accordance with your settings and displays the result of archiving in an ALV list. If the data to be archived do not meet the requirements, the report displays the reason of error on the output screen.
