Purpose

You can use this report to archive benefit master data with the archiving object /SAPCE/BEM. During archiving, the system writes the benefit master data to one or more archive files from the following database table:

Table	Description
/SAPCE/IURU_EBEN	Benefits: Benefit Eligibility
/SAPCE/IURU_BENC	Benefits: Benefit Card
/SAPCE/IURU_EVNR	Benefits: Benefit Data for Contract

It also archives the corresponding change documents that belong to the archived benefit master data.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have archived the contracts that correspond to the benefit master data that you want to archive.

Features

Selection

In the Benefit Master Data Selection group box, enter the contracts and benefit items.

In the Process Controlgroup box, select the execution type depending on how you want to process archiving.

Standard Variants

Output

The report archives the benefit master data in accordance with your settings and displays the result of archiving in a log.
