/SAPCE/ISU_ARCHIVE_SBEN_WRITE - Archiving of Social Benefits Data: Write

Purpose

You can use this report to archive social benefits data using the archiving object /SAPCE/SBN after the retention period expired. During archiving, the system writes the social benefits data to one or more archive files from the following database table:

/SAPCE/IUUA_SBEN	Social Benefits: Store Amounts of Soc.Ben. per Periods

It also archives the corresponding change documents that belong to the archived social benefits data.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have defined the retention period in the Customizing activity Define Retention Period for Social Benefits, and the retention period expired.

If the corresponding contract exists, you can archive the social benefits data only after the retention period expired.

If the corresponding contract is already archived and deleted from the database table, the system does not check whether the retention period expired when you archive the social benefits data.

Features

Selection

In the Social Benefits Data Selection group box, enter the contract and the validity period for the social benefits.

In the Process Controlgroup box, select the execution type depending on how you want to process archiving.

Standard Variants

Output

The report archives the social benefits master data in accordance with your settings and displays the result of archiving in a log.
