Purpose

This report prints a large amount print document into ECS smart form. These print documents can belong to more business partner or contract accounts too.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before running this report the ECS table line types shall be set to the billing line item types in the customizing table

/SAPCE/IURU_ECS.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, you can enter the following details:

• Business Partner Number

• Contract Account

• Contract Account class

• Contract Account Determination ID

• Division (obligatory)

• Company code (obligatory)

• Start of billing period (obligatory)

Under ECS view you can choose

• Printed document (obligatory)

Standard Variants

Output

You can use the report to prepare an ALV grid and Smart Form.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, go to Utilities Industry -> IS-U Extension for Russia -> Reporting ->Mass printing program for ECS
