Purpose

You can use this program to generate customer includes that extend database tables and structures with the OKOGU 7 (7-digit ministry code) country-specific field.

The enhancement of the database tables and structures with the new field is needed as a prerequisite for the migration of the 5-digit OKOGU code data into the new 7-digit field.

The program proceeds as follows:

  • Generates a customer include and extends the IS-U-Specific Fields for Business Partnerdatabase table (EKUN) with the CI_EKUN include structure. The /SAPCE/FKRU_BUPA7 structure is assigned to the CI_EKUN structure containing the OKOGU 7 (7-digit ministry code) field.
  • Generates a customer include and extends the IS-U Contract(EVER) database table with the CI_EVER include structure. The /SAPCE/FKRU_EVER7 structure is assigned to the CI_EKUN structure containing the OKOGU 7 (7-digit ministry code) field.
  • Generates a customer include and extends the Individual Line Items(DBERCHZ, DBERCHZ1, DBERCHZ5) database tables with the CI_ERCHZ include structure. The /SAPCE/IURU_ERCHZ7 structure is assigned to the CI_ERCHZ structure containing the OKOGU 7 (7-digit ministry code) field.
  • Generates a customer include and extends the Individual Lines - Print Documents(DBERDZ) database tables with the CI_ERCHZ include structure. The /SAPCE/IURU_ERCHZ7 structure is assigned to the CI_ERCHZ structure containing the OKOGU 7 (7-digit ministry code) field.

Selection

In an update run (that is, when the Only Check Enhancementcheckbox is not selected), the program adds the selected fields into the existing structures as described above and creates the missing structures.
