Purpose

You use this program to structure external constraints between original orders and combined orders in SAP APO.

You should only structure external constraints if the log indicates that original orders are missing from the initial data transfer (message /SAPMP/OC_APO, no. 006).

Integration

The required data is determined in ERP and transferred to SAP APO.

Prerequisites

The combined order must already have been transferred to APO in the initial data transfer or in an online transfer, in other words, it is not possible to create a new structure for combined orders in APO (in this case, the queue with the error message 'activity invalid' would persist).

Features

Selection

You can select one or more combined orders. The program determines and displays the original orders. You can deselect original orders on this screen. However, the system transfers all original orders for a combined order even if you have only selected one original order.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays a log containing the messages that appear during the transfer.
