Purpose
,,If you communicate with the customs authorities automatically, it is possible that you may not receive replies to certain messages. To put a customs shipment or customs declaration back in processing, run this report with the "Reset Status" option.
Integration
Prerequisites
The customs shipment or customs declaration has status "Processing Blocked - Awaiting Reply from Authorities" or "Cancellation Requested".
Features
Selection
You can select by organizational data, target procedure, document number, and document year.
Standard Variants
Output
A list of customs shipments and customs declarations that meet your selection criteria is displayed.
Activities
- Select a line.
- The following actions are available:
- Choose Display to display the full customs shipment or customs declarations before processing
- Choose Reset Status to process the selected entry. After processing, a message appears indicating whether processing was successful. If it was, the line is removed from the displayed.
