Purpose

The report for manual postprocessing lets you postprocess supplementary customs declarations across multiple documents. Several different scenarios are covered, for example:

  • The customs system reports an error or warning for a previously transmitted SCD item

  • The customs system reports the return (cancellation) for a previously transmitted SCD item

  • The customs system reports a non-finalized tax statement for an SCD item

  • An SCD item could not be reported to the customs system using the processing report for automatic change SCDs due to incomplete data

Integration

In the overview list, press the "Supplementary Customs Declaration" button to go to the corresponding SCD document. If the focus is on the column with the item number of the SCD, this item is accessed directly.

In the overview list, press the "Customs Declaration" button to go to the corresponding customs declaration document. If the focus is on the column with the item number of the customs declaration, this item is accessed directly.

Press the "Incompl. Processed Item" button to go to an SCD document; the incompleteness check is performed automatically for all SCD items for which manual postprocessing is needed and that have reason "Item incomplete during automatic processing".

Features

Selection

You can restrict the selection for the overview list using the following document data in the supplementary customs declaration: Foreign trade organization, document number, year, settlement period, registration number, authorization number, and processor.

The creation date of the supplementary customs declaration is also available as a selection criterion.

You can also restrict selection by the document number and year of the customs declarations referenced in the SCD documents.

If you set the "Postprocessing Completed" flag, you can also select SCD items for which the manual postprocessing status has the value "Complete".

Standard Variants

Output

Each line in the overview list represents an SCD item for which the status of manual postprocessing is "Required" or "Completed" (if the "Postprocessing Completed" flag is set).

The reason for manual postprocessing can be one of the following values:

  • 01 Status set by processor

  • 10 Completion of item reported with error

  • 11 Completion of item reported with warning

  • 12 Completion of item reported with cancellation

  • 13 Item with text information from the authorities

  • 20 Item incomplete during automatic processing

  • 21 Customs declaration during automatic processing

  • 22 SCD incomplete during automatic processing

For reasons 10 and 11, the description of the reason is an excerpt of the message log from the most recent reply message from customs system that reported the error or warning. If an error message occurs at SCD header level and no item information is available, the description "No message text exists with item reference " is displayed.
