Purpose

When a business partner is transferred from the feeder system to SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) for the first time, or the address of an existing business partner has changed, the SPL block is set when this business partner is transferred to SAP GTS.

This program selects all of these business partners and checks the partner addresses against the SPL addresses. The result of this check determines whether the SPL blocks are confirmed or removed. The user can override the result of the SPL check.
