Purpose

You use this report to write redundant data into the databases for inbound deliveries. The redundant data contains some dates and time in the warehouse time zone, for example, the creation date and time of an inbound delivery.

You run this report when you want to analyze the historical inbound deliveries based on warehouse time zones using Core Data Service (CDS) views.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before using this report, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

  • Your databases must be SAP HANA databases.
  • You have the Change (activity '02') authorization in the /SCWM/DLV2authorization object.

Features

Selection

You can also specify the following restrictions for the display using the fields below:

  • Warehouse Number
  • Created On
Date and time when an inbound delivery was created
  • Overwrite Redundant Data
You can use this checkbox in the following ways:
  • If you deselect this checkbox, the system fills only empty redundant fields using the date and time based on the current warehouse time zone.

  • If you select this checkbox, the system overwrites all date and time in the redundant fields based on the current warehouse time zone.

Note that you select this checkbox only when you have changed the time zone of your supply chain unit using transaction /SCMB/SCUMAINand you have redundant data in your databases. Therefore, you want to update the date and time for the redundant data based on the updated warehouse time zone.

To update all inbound deliveries, this report divides the number of inbound delivery items into different batches and runs the batches one after another. By default, the size of a batch is 1000 rows of inbound delivery items. You can adjust this value based on your requirements.

Standard Variants

Output

The results of updated inbound deliveries are displayed in the SAP List Viewer. The system displays the number of inbound deliveries updated by default.
