Purpose
You can use this program to delete any business-object-based document directly from the SAP TM database.
You are using this program at your own risk.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have the following authorization for authority object T_BO:
- /BOFU/BO =
- ACTVT = 06 (Delete)
Features

Selection
The following selection parameters must be specified:
- You must agree to the disclaimer.
- Business object for which instances are to be deleted
- Query name with which the instances are to be selected
- Name of attributes with which the instances are to be selected from the database
- Range of attribute values with which the business object instances are to be determined
In addition, you can delete the following from the database:
- Related change documents (select the Change Documents checkbox)
- Related PPF and output management data (select the PPF / Output Management checkbox)
If you deselect the Run in Simulation Mode checkbox, any instances found are deleted immediately from the database without any further validations or authorization checks.
You can use the Package Size parameter to change the number of documents deleted in one block from the database.
Standard Variants
Output
The system states how many documents were found and deleted from the database.
The system writes messages to the system log to document the activities of this program.
