Report

You can use this report to create PDF files for load plans. The system creates one PDF file per business document. Each PDF file can contain the hierarchical table (load plan hierarchy) and optionally 3D images (3D load plan). You can print these PDF files out or send them to another person by e-mail, for example.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have created selection profiles for the selection of road freight orders and container units.

• You have made the settings for load plan printing in Customizing for Transportation Management under Basic Functions → Load Planning → Printing.

• In your road freight order type or container unit type, you have made the settings relevant for output management under Output Options.
  For more information about the prerequisites for output management, see https://help.sap.com/s4hana under Product Assistance → Enterprise Business Applications → Supply Chain → Delivery and Transportation → Transportation Management (TM) → Basic Functions → Output Management.

Selection

Select a freight order selection profile or a transportation unit selection profile or both.

Note that this report only supports road freight orders and container units.

Activities

Select Update Output Options and then indicate the output device settings.

You can open the PDF files in the log file or in the business document.
