/SCWM/RPRC_MD - Creation of Master Data for Preconfigured Warehouse
rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time Addresses (Business Address Services)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
With this report you can create the warehouse structure and the master data for the sample business scenario "Warehouse Management with Preconfigured Processes" in SAP EWM. For more information, see the documentation "Configuration of Warehouse Structure and Master Data for SAP EWM" in SAP Solution Manager.
Moreover, you can create all condition records relevant for printing and Post Processing Framework (PPF) scheduling in the preconfigured business processes. Note: The printers are not created by the report. The report uses printer LP01 only. If you want to use other printers, you must adjust the condition records manually.
Integration
If you want to store the result of the report execution in the application log, you must activate the application log accordingly. For this purpose, on the launchpad, choose Extended Warehouse Management -> Settings-> Application Log-> Activate Application Log and create an entry for subobject IMPL_TOOL with 'Log Active" 4 (Additional Information)for your warehouse.
Prerequisites
To run the report, you have authorization for object /SCWM/SLFU for activity MP(Creation of Master Data for Preconfigured Warehouse).
You also have authorizations to create the master data. For more information, see transaction SU22 for transaction /SCWM/PRC_MD or profile for user roles /SCWM/EXPERT*.
You have integrated SAP ERP with SAP EWM. For more information, see the configuration description "Integration of SAP EWM with SAP ERP" in SAP Solution Manager.
Moreover, you have carried out all configuration steps in SAP ERP. For more information, see the document "Configuration of Warehouse Structure and Master Data for SAP EWM" in SAP Solution Manager.
You have created and distributed the following data to SAP EWM using Core Interface (CIF):
- Productsnamed as in "Configuration of Warehouse Structure and Master Data for SAP EWM"
- Customersnamed as in "Configuration of Warehouse Structure
and Master Data for SAP EWM" if SAP EWM is installed as an add-on to SAP ERP. If SAP EWM is not installed
as an add-on to SAP ERP, you have created the customers using the following naming convention:
CUST0 with a number in ['1',...'4'].
- Carriersnamed as in "Configuration of Warehouse Structure
and Master Data for SAP EWM" if SAP EWM is installed as an add-on to SAP ERP. If SAP EWM is not installed
as an add-on to SAP ERP, you have created the carriers using the following naming convention:
CARR0 with a number in ['1','2'].
Features
Selection
You have to enter the following data:
- Warehouse Number:Enter the warehouse number in which you want to implement the preconfigured processes.
- Party Entitled to Dispose:Once the entitled to dispose is unique for your warehouse, the party entitled to dispose is automatically determined by the system. Otherwise, you have to enter it manually.
You can select which Warehouse Structureand Master Dataobjects should be created or which Process Configurationsettings should be made in the system. For example, if you select the Storage Bins checkbox, the system carries out the SAP EWM-related steps of the corresponding chapter "Creating Storage Bins" of document "Configuration of Warehouse Structure and Master Data for SAP EWM".
You can select the following master data objects for automatic configuration:
Warehouse Structure
Master Data
Process Configuration
- Condition Records(with printer LP01)
The system decides, depending on its deployment, which master data objects are relevant for the master data creation for preconfigured processes. You can select only those master data objects.
Standard Variants
Output
After running the report, the system displays a message log with detailed information about the result of the master data creation.
