Purpose
You use this report to delete time slots and loading appointments in the past that you no longer need. Running this report deletes all the time slots and loading appointments before a certain date.
We recommend that you delete obsolete time slots and loading appointments regularly.
Integration
Alternatively, you can use the report Data Destruction Program for Loading Appointments to delete loading appointments (but not time slots) using a data destruction object and defined retention times for the loading appointments.
Prerequisites
You require the authorization to delete time slots and loading appointments, as well as the authorization to change loading points.
Features
Selection
You do not have to specify a loading point. If you do not enter a loading point, you delete loading appointments and time slots for all your loading points before the given date.
You can choose to only delete time slots older than the specified date, and not loading appointments. However, you cannot delete a time slot if it still has loading appointments assigned to it.
Standard Variants
Output
Depending on your selection, the following data is deleted from the database:
- All loading appointments, no matter what their status, for the loading point before the given date.
- All time slots for the loading point before the given date.
- All time slots for all loading points before the given date.
- All time slots and loading appointments for all loading points before the given date.
