Purpose
You can use this program to safely collect and delete change documents from the corresponding database tables for delivery documents that no longer exist because of, for example, manual deletion. As there is no need to keep these change document entries, you can improve the system performance by deleting unnecessary change document entries. You can use this program for the following document types:
- Outbound deliveries
- Outbound delivery orders
- Inbound deliveries
- Posting changes
- Stock transfers
Integration
Prerequisites
To use this report, you need authorization to delete change document objects.
Features
You can run this program test mode or productive mode. In test mode, the program calculates the number of change document entries to be deleted and the number of affected delivery documents. When you use the program in productive mode, the report permanently deletes the unnecessary change document entries in the given date range.
Selection
You can search for relevant change document entries by date range. It is mandatory to specify any range to avoid performance issues on a big data set.
