Purpose

You can use this report to create warehouse tasks for open warehouse requests for MES-driven staging, regularly or at specific time in the future.

Integration

Prerequisites

On the launchpad, choose Extended Warehouse Management-> Master Data -> Production Supply Area (PSA)-> Assign Bin to PSA - Warehouse. You have defined the following settings for your assignments:

  • Disposal party
  • Supply area
  • Product group
  • Product
  • Staging method
  • Relevance to an MES
  • Quantity calculation type

Features

You can run this report as a background job using a variant that contains the input parameters, or you can run it manually.

The system collects all open warehouse requests for MES-driven staging and creates the corresponding staging warehouse tasks. You must specify a time beyond which the system doesn't collect open staging requirements. You can specify this time limit either as a given number of hours from the current time or as a specific point in time in the future.

Selection

To run the report, you must enter a warehouse number.

If you restrict the time period for the planned supply date, the system retrieves all open warehouse requests for MES-driven staging with a planned supply date and time that is within the number of hours that were specified or that is before a specific date and time. Note that the specified time is in the same time zone as the time zone of the warehouse.

If you select the Test Modecheckbox, the system simulates the execution, but it doesn't save the warehouse tasks or the application log.

If you select the Show Logcheckbox and execute the report manually, the system displays the report log after execution.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays and saves a log to the database about the number of created warehouse tasks and relevant messages.
