Purpose

You use this report to create a new wave for all warehouse request items that are found using the selection parameters.

Integration

Prerequisites

The warehouse request items must not yet be assigned to a wave and must have an open quantity for creating warehouse tasks.

Features

Selection

When you select a document category, the system retrieves the items for all the deliveries for that category, for example, ODO (outbound delivery order), SPC (posting change), or WMR (internal move).

If you filter by a field that is not assigned to the warehouse request item or that cannot be assigned to the warehouse request item, for example, you filter by a production supply area, the warehouse request item will not be found.

The field Supply Date/Time is only activated if the document category WMR is selected. If you use this field, though, only deliveries for JIT calls will be selected.

Activities

You can access this report in transaction SE38.

You can schedule this report as a batch job with a variant. Using a variant allows you to make the selection of the date for the waves dynamically dependent on the current date.
