/SPE/VAL106 - Validate ASN Source

Purpose

Compares current version of the ASN with the previous versions. If the current ASN has a time stamp earlier than ASN already stored then an error is raised.

This kind of check can be used for checking that the replacement ASN from vendor has more recent version than the ASN already stored.
