Purpose
This validation routine checks whether the material in the item data is consistent or not. The checks are performed only on those items which are not completely processed. The following checks are performed:
- Material in the item data exists in the system and is not marked for deletion.
- Material exists for the particular plant mentioned in ASN and should not be marked for deletion at plant level.
- Material exists for the particular plant and storage location as mentioned in the ASN and is not marked for deletion at plant and storage location level.
- If warehouse information for a particular material is given in the ASN, then check consistency with material master data for particular warehouse and ensure its not marked for deletion.
