Purpose

This report is triggered asynchronously by an evaluation request (BO SEV) to create the follow-on documents (responses and scorecards) after the request has been released. The documents that are created per request are split into work packages for each supplier, so all documents of a supplier are created before the next supplier is processed.

The assigment of appraisers to suppliers and questionnaires is checked within the create-with-reference action of an evaluation response (BO SRS).

If you restart the report after its execution has failed, all suppliers are processed again. The create-with-reference action will only create missing documents.
