Purpose

You can use this report to identify discrepancies in the cross-plant batch management entries (MCH1), and to update the additional fields with the latest information from materials and plants.

Integration

For the correction of historical batches, use report /STTPEC/BATCH_HIST_CORRthat identifies and corrects historical batches in the cross-plant batch management entries that cannot be integrated.

Prerequisites

Non-historical batches with inconsistencies already exist, which, therefore, cannot be integrated.

Features

A batch can only be integrated if it has no inconsistencies regarding the integration-relevant fields, and it has a manufacturing date that is after the start of serialization. The report identifies those inconsistent batches in the MCH1definitions, which are identified via missing or wrong STTPECfields. If requested, they are displayed as a list before the execution.

The planned changes are only displayed in test mode, but fixed in productive mode.

Entries without inconsistencies can be suppressed by selecting the Display Only Errorcheckbox.

Selection

  • Material:Specifies the material numbers used for the batches.
  • Batch:Specifies the batch numbers to be considered.
  • Display List:Displays an optional overview of the identified problems in a convenient ALV list.
  • Display Only Errors:Select this checkbox to hide entries without inconsistencies.
  • Test Mode:Select this checkbox to only display the planned changes. These are fixed only in productive mode.
  • Maximum Number of Updates:You can use this to restrict the maximum number of updates.

Standard Variants

Output

For corrected historical batches the integration is called automatically, if needed.

Activities

If you execute the report, the system is scanned for non-historical batches with inconsistent cross-plant batch management entries. After updating all discrepancies according to the selection, the result is displayed in a list and saved in the application log, which can be called via transaction SGL1with object /STTPEC/and sub-object Integration.
