Purpose

The report /STTPEC/INTEGRATE_BATCH enables to query and visualize the status of batch integration with SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals and to manually trigger integration of individual batches in case of integration issues.

Business Background

Whenever a batch is created or changed it is checked whether integration to SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals is relevant (integration activated for serialization type and plant in customizing). In case this is relevant, then first an entry for this batch is written to a change pointer table and then the integration process is triggered asynchronously. In this asynchronous integration process the batch is sent as an LGTIN within an EPCIS message to SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals and if done successfully, the entry is deleted from the change pointer table again. Whatever remains in the change pointer table has not been integrated successfully and is subject to special attention.

Report

The primary task of this report is to query and visualize all batches which could not be successfully integrated to SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system; this means that at first it visualizes all batches which are present in the change pointer table. Therefore by default, the selection criteria Select only from Change pointer is true. By removing this option from the selection, all batches can be selected irrespectively of whether they are in the change pointer table or not. Besides this, the report offers further selection criteria in order to search and select batches.

In order to manually integrate a batch to SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals instance, please select this batch in the result list and press the action button Integrate Batch to ATT. However, integration is not possible for batches with serialization type not serialized. In addition in the SAP Advanced Track and Trace -> General Customizing, the Batch integration must be activated for the respective serialization type and plant.
