Purpose

You use the report to integrate Business Partnersto the repository system of SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.

Integration

Prerequisites

For Business Partners,youshould maintain an account group in transaction /STTPEC/VC_BPTYPE for specificBusiness Partner Type.

Features

Selection

  • Business Partner Type:
You can choose the business partner typesto be integrated. Business Partner Type is a characteristic of SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals that is assigned to the ECC Business Partner Account Group. You can view and maintain this assignment in transaction /STTPEC/VC_BPTYPE.
  • Integrate Customers:
Only Customerswill be integrated to the repository instance of SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
  • Integrate Vendors:
Only Vendorswill be integrated to the repository instance of SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
  • Integrate Business Partners Only if They Have GLN assigned
This allows you to integrate business partners only if they have a GLN assigned.
  • Options for Automated Activations of Business Partners:
The option Activate Business Partnerwill allow you to automatically activate business partners if they were not activated before.
  • Processing Options:
Package size is always used to group Business Partners into packages that can then be processed. This allows you to keep the data volume transferred with one call smaller, and thus improve performance and memory consumption. You can accelerate the data transfer substantially by using this in combination with parallel processing.
  • When using parallel processing, activate the additional processing parameters that are relevant for parallel processing.
  • The log level allows you to specify the detail level of the messages that will be logged. In high volume scenarios, you should ideally use a lower log level.
