Purpose

You use this report to integrate transaction data to the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals repository instance.

The following transaction data from ERP can be integrated:

  • Inbound Delivery (Header + Item*);
  • Outbound Delivery (Header + Item*);
  • Return Delivery (Header + Item*);
  • Production Order (Header + Item*);
  • Purchase Order (Header + Item*);

Integration

Integration of inbound delivery, outbound delivery, return delivery, production order and purchase order from ERP system to SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals instance means that after this object is created or changed in ERP system, some of the object data (for example, Delivery Id, Item ID, Material, Quantity, and so on) will be sent to the repository instance of SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. Then based on the data received from ERP, a new object (which is called Transaction) is created or updated in this system.

The following are the integration options for integration through this report:

  • Mass Integration:
This option allows you to choose the source of selection data. You have the following options:
  • Select data from the change pointer table /STTPEC/TINTOUTand transmit it to the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals instance.

  • Select data from the actual database tables and transmit it to the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals

Mass integration is based on selection criteria. To use the document number in the selection criteria, the document type should be specified.
  • Individual Document Integration:
This option lets you integrate a document in exceptional cases where the document has neither been integrated in the online mode nor saved in the change pointer table (/STTPEC/TINTOUT) for batch integration. Selection is executed from the actual database tables.

Processing Options:

Package size is always used to group transaction documents into packages that can then be processed. This keeps the data volume transferred with one call smaller, and thus improve performance and memory consumption. In combination with parallel processing, you can accelerate the data transfer substantially.

Using parallel processing activates the additional processing parameters that are relevant for parallel processing.

Log level allows you to specify the detail level of messages that are logged. In high volume scenarios, you should ideally use a lower log level.

Prerequisites

Only items which contain material and batch relevant for integration can be integrated.
