Purpose
You use this report to delete the assignment of a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) to a material in the local SAP ECC system.
You can use this report if you have assigned the wrong GTIN to an alternative unit of measure of a material in ECC and also integrated the trade item variant into the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system. It is not possible to exchange the GTIN of a trade item in the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system. Instead, you can use this report to delete the assignment of a GTIN to a material.
Data in the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system is not affected by this report.
Integration
The deletion of the assignment is neither automatically integrated into the associated SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system nor automatically copied to other ECC systems in which the material is maintained.
So, you should check if the corresponding data in the associated SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system and the other relevant ECC systems is consistent.
To delete a trade item variant in the SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals system, use transaction /STTP/DEL_TR_ITM_VAR.
In other SAP ECC systems, you can use this report to delete the assignment.
In non-SAP ECC systems, you should take necessary action to delete the assignment of the GTIN to the material.

Selection
On the selection screen, enter the following data:
- Material number
- Alternative unit of measure to which the GTIN is assigned
- GTIN
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays the log of activities involved in deleting the assignment of the GTIN to the material.
The log is also saved and can be displayed with the transaction /STTPEC/LOG_D.
