/UI2/CHANGE_ORIGINAL_LANGUAGE - Change Original Language

Purpose

Change the original language of catalogs and groups in the customizing scope.

Integration

Prerequisites

• Catalogs and groups are created in the customizing scope

• All UI texts are already translated into the new original language

Activities

1. Log on to the ABAP system in the language you want to set as your new original language.
2. Enter the catalogs or groups whose original language needs to be changed.
3. Run the report in test mode first. The simulation result shows whether the language can be changed for all objects. In case that not all translations exist, provide the missing translations.
4. Execute the report without test mode to change the original language.
