Purpose

You can delete personalization data of the SAP Fiori launchpad for one, multiple or all users in your system.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have authorization for object /UI2/PERS.

Features

Selection

Under Scope Selection, select which personalization data should be deleted:

·,,Home Page Personalization:

  • "Completely": Deletes the entire home page personalization.

  • "Selected Groups": Deletes only the personalization of the selected groups.

  • Both variants delete user-specific caching data for the page builder and start-up service.

· ,,Space Personalization:

  • "Sections": Deletes the personalization of sections in pages,,

·,,User Settings: Deletes the user settings (e.g. for theme, content spacing and user activities).

·,,App-Specific Personalization: Deletes personalization data saved by the SAP Fiori apps.

Under User Selection, select one or multiple users.

Mark the Test Mode checkbox for a test run in which no data will be deleted.

Output

The result screen displays which users were affected and how many entries were deleted from each selected repository.
