/UIF/VERSION_COLLECTOR - Maintain LRep version collector entries (support only)

Purpose

Manual maintenance of entries in the Layered Repository (LRep) version collector database table /UIF/LREPDVRSNCD. Entries in this table get automatically maintained when an LRep .version file is imported by a transport. This report is meant as a repair tool in case of issues.

Selection

You can specify version ID, transport ID, import timestamp, activation timestamp and the name of the user that activated the version as filter criteria. If you specify nothing all entries in the LRep version collector table are displayed.

Output

A list of all entries in the LRep version collector table is displayed that match the filter criteria.

Activities

To create an entry in the LRep version collector table press 'Create entry (SHIFT+F8)' on the application toolbar. On the following screen an entry with initial values is shown. Fill in the desired values into all fields and press 'Save (CTRL+S)' followed by 'Back (F3)' to persist the new entry.

If you want to update entries in the LRep version collector table select the entries in the list and press the icon 'Update selected entries (SHIFT+F10)' on the application toolbar. On the following screen the selected entries are displayed with all fields (except the version ID and the transport object name) ready for input. Maintain the desired field values. To save the updates press 'Save (CTRL+S)' followed by 'Back' (F3). Caution: if you press 'Back (F3)' alone an entry with initial values will be created.

To delete entries in the LRep version collector table select the entries in the list and press the icon 'Delete selected entries (SHIFT+F1)' on the application toolbar.
