/VIRSA/ZVRAT_S10 - Tcodes by Roles/Profiles, never executed in a specific time period

Title

Purpose

This report can be used to identify transaction in profiles that are never executed in a specific time period. It takes an input file which is downloaded from another report "Transactions Executed by Users".

On the first screen select/enter the Roles and/or Profiles for analysis. Also select/enter required time frame for analysis or select/enter an external file name for upload. To run the job in the back ground, always use the file for upload from Application Server.

The external file format should be: UserId and Transaction separated by Pipe character.

For example, JSMITH|PFCG

When executed, it analyzes the transactions in the selected Roles/Profiles and if any transaction is found that was never executed in the given time period, it shows report of these transactions on the next screen.
