Title

Compare Users Roles

Purpose

This Utility compares the Roles assigned to User Id and Personnel #.

The comparison can be made either User Id based or Personnel # based.

If it is based on User Id, a User Id can be compared against another User Id or Personnel #.

If it is Personnel # based, a Personnel # can be compared against another Personnel # or User Id.
