/XLSO/CREATE_MATERIAL_BATCH - Create Material for Existing Objects viz. Course Types and Bundles

Purpose

You can run this report in batch mode to create materials for existing course types and bundles to use the course types in XLSO bookings.

A material must exist for the option for the extended learning community, as the SD processes are integrated for external customers.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have configured the following:

• Material groups for different delivery methods

• Material type XLMT

Note that the industry sector '2' is selected while the material is created.

Selection

This report is written for the entire dataset in the backend for course types and bundles. Therefore, no selection is required.

Activities

As this is a performance intensive process, schedule is run during non-working hours as background job. Otherwise, the system performance may be affected.
