/XLSO/MANAGE_EXTERNALCOMMUNITY - Manage External community activities

Purpose

This report is used to create and maintain the external community.

The active external community is maintained in the transaction /XLSO/COMMUNITYSETUP.

Integration

You can schedule this report as background job through report/XLSO/COMMUNITY_SCHEDULE_BGJOB.

Prerequisites

Maintain community settings through transaction /XLSO/COMMUNITYSETUP.

Activities

1. Create community for all the course types for which the external community is activated in community infotype HRP7902.
2. Add all the users booked for the courses with active community settings.
3. Delete the community for those courses that are deleted or for which the community is deactivated based on the settings in community infotype HRP7902.
4. Remove users from the community after completing the course based on the settings in community infotype HRP7902.
