Purpose
This report gives a list of mandatory trainings for a B2B learner and the qualifications that the learner receives on completing these courses.
Integration
Prerequisites
You must have the authorizations of an operations employee (OE).
You maintain a course type and the qualification as mandatory for a learner or a group of learners. You also define by when this course or qualification should be completed.
If you maintain the relationship for mandatory trainings, which is A615, for a learner then the course is mandatory. You can go to transaction PP01 to maintain the relationship for mandatory trainings for a course type or a course program or a curriculum type.

When you execute this report, the system lists the learners with the following details:
- Mandatory trainings for the learner
- Fulfillment status - Open for course types not yet attended or booked, Waitlisted for courses that are booked and the learner is yet to attend, Completed for courses already attended
- Qualification that the learner gets after completing the course
- Date on which the course or qualification is taken
You can select the Export option to download the list to a spreadsheet or other common file formats.
