/ACCGO/CCAK_UPD_STATUS_API - Updates Contract Status

Functionality

This function module is used to update the application status for 3rd Party, Intercompany, Intracompany Purchase/Sales scenarios, Firm Bid Offers and Quotes contract types.

For 3rd Party, Inter-company, Intra-company with Purchase/Sales contract and templates,:

• O - Ready for Archiving

• U - Draft

• T - Approved

• V - Closed

• W - Confirmed

For FBOs, following statuses can be set:

• C - Completed (cannot be set in APIs)

• F - Ready for Conversion (cannot be set in APIs)

• R - Released

• S - Cancelled

• U - Draft

• Y - Expired

For Quotes, the following statuses can be set:

• U - Draft

• R - Released

• Y - Expired

Notes

Pass the above-mentioned statuses to be set to importing parameter IV_STATUS of API.
