/AIN/DM_LOC_READ_BY_GUID - Read the location data given location guid

Functionality

The function returns the location data based on the input location GUID. The parameter IV_NO_DESCR provides the option as to whether location description needs to be passed. If IV_NO_DESCR is initial, the location description is passed.
