Functionality

This function module is used in the RFID-enabled returnable transport item visibility process for the parameter extractor for the event type.

The function module is only available when you use the object (OBJECT) as a main object table in the relevant application object type. It selects data (for example, location or document) from the information available in SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP AII). Most of the data that might be relevant to supply chain event management is selected to allow universal use of the function.

The event message "Loading" is sent.

Location and document data is sent with this event message.

Multitask activity 'RTI10_LOADING' in rule RTI10 is used to process this event message:

  • Based on the value of the 'Empty' indicator in the user data, the filling status is updated.
  • Based on the value of the 'Damaged' indicator in the user data, the physical condition status is updated.,,
  • The shipping status is set to 'In Transit'.,,
  • Contents information is deleted if the 'Empty' indicator is set to 'X'.
