Functionality

This function module is used to change interest rate spreads. The function module checks whether a data record already exists for the key specified. The key consists of all input parameters that are not defined as being optional.

Optional input parameters are either recorded as fixed values in the system or are checked against the corresponding Customizing settings. Data can only be deleted in the system using a "logical delete". This is controlled by the SATUS parameter.

The user must start the commit work command explicitly to trigger final update of the data in the database. This can be done by calling the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT function module.
