Functionality

You can use this Method to checkout the originals of several DIR's in different modes.

The checkout modes are:

'VIEW'

The BAPI BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUTVIEW2 will be called.

Enter the originalpath, where the file will be checked out in the field documentfiles_in-docpath.

'EDIT'

The BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUTMODIFY2 will be called.

Fill out the extra fields in the documents structure and the neccesary fields in the documentfiles_in structure.

'URL'

The CVAPI_DOC_CHECKOUTVIEW will be called.

Enter the workstation application in the documentfiles_in table for special originals or let it initial for the URL's of all originals.

'SET'

The BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUTSET2 will be called.

Fill out the extra fields in the documents structure and the neccesary fields in the documentfiles_in structure.

The input is a list of Documents with extra fields.

For every entry in the documents table must exist at least one entry in the documentfiles_in table as well.
